Beaches
The nearest beaches are Tregardock and Trebarwith Strand. Both approximately two miles from the cottage. A short drive up the coast you can find Crackington Haven, The Strangles and Widemouth Bay. To the West is the popular and safe surfing beach at Polzeath and the more peaceful Daymer Bay.

Nearby golf courses at Bowood Park (just one mile away), St
Kew and the famous St Enodoc course at Trebetherick all
offer challenging 18 holes
If you are into surfing or bodyboarding there are hire
facilities on the beach at Polzeath. There are also
excellent surf conditions at nearby Trebarwith, Tregardock
and Crackington Haven beaches.

climbing and abseiling on Bodmin Moor and canoeing
Cycle the Camel Trail which runs from Poley's Bridge near
Bodmin to Padstow along the banks of the River Camel. Bikes
can be hired at Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin.
